* We try to grade accurately and conservatively. Please do ask any questions and I'm happy to send photos.
* We offer free returns (UK only) and a full refund on return of the item. We don't make partial refunds.
* Insurance for very valuable items can increase the shipping cost.
* Payment to be made within 4 days please or the order will be cancelled and the Discogs system leaves negative I'm afraid.
* Records sent within 2 working days.
* Records packed very carefully using Lil (plastic free) corrugated cardboard mailers and a cardboard stiffener with the vinyl always separate from the sleeve. New inner sleeve and clear outer plastic sleeve is provided with every record.
* All records are cleaned professionally on the Okki Nokki cleaner. Higher value items are also cleaned ultrasonically.
* We play test all records over £20 in value. Below that we might play the whole record if I'm in the mood but mostly we test only the start of both sides and any dubious areas we can see.
* All Discogs orders to EU buyers (where VAT has been collected by Discogs) will be sent with the correct IOSS VAT number on the customs forms to minimise the chance of a double charge.
* Please note that buyers are responsible for any customs charges incurred. Buyers should refer to their local customs authorities to calculate any likely charges before buying.
