All priority shipping cost are without insurance and without tracking number! If you are worried about your item not arriving I suggest using ed mail.We offer ed post on all packages.
ed mailing is optional and highly recommended on all orders, available upon request ([email protected]) for an extra charge 7.00 € to ensure that the item gets there safe and secure. The Hungarian Post is safe, but I am not responsible for packages in foreign postal systems.
We do NOT take responsibility for the mail handling of the product personally, damaged packaging must be reported to the supplier who has not been careful about the package.
Be sure to tell me when paying shipping to me as a seller that you want to pay for an extra insurance on your item if you wish to be more secure of your item.
This makes it easier for you to make a complaint about damaged goods to the shipping company.
If no insurance have been booked and paid and you do recieve a broken item you can only try claiming money back from the shipping company.

Return policy:

Inside EU:
No returns of sealed items!

Any claims of dissatisfaction will not be met with refunds unless item is returned in the condition it was mailed in with all original shipping materials. All shipping costs are not refundable and shipping both ways MUST be paid for by buyer. No exceptions!

Outside the EU all packages must be returned as "returned goods". In case of failure to do so, the Hungarian customs duty (15-20%) and VAT (27%) will be payable by the sender, the value of which will be deducted from the price of the product!
