Here you will find some information regarding the purchase of a part of my music collection.

As a hobbyist, not a professional, I encourage you to ask any questions you may have before placing an order. Not all countries are listed, so please inquire about the possibilities.

Records may not be free of crackles. Additionally, since my records are used, they may have imperfections. Generally, I have graded my records conservatively (optical) and as much as possible according to the Goldmine standard. Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to me. I kindly ask you to be reasonable regarding the assessment of your delivery. If you are not satisfied, we will work together to find a solution. A minor crackle in the record, a small scratch, or an extra tear in the sleeve will not result in a significant refund.

If you wish to return a record, the shipping costs will generally be your responsibility. Any agreed-upon refund will be less the PayPal and discogs fee they charge.

I do not ship to countries where taxes are not properly regulated and/or to countries with a high incidence of lost mail. I carefully pack records in appropriate packaging materials and only ship via ed and insured mail.

Shipping costs change regularly, which means they may sometimes not be up-to-date. Please ask for the current shipping costs before placing your order. If you place an order directly, I may update the shipping costs to the rate applicable at that time.

I generally ship on Mondays, but earlier if possible. The local situation in the countries your order travels through can affect delivery time. Please check online for information regarding this. Sometimes a package arrives sooner than expected, and sometimes much later than desired. I will do everything within my power to keep you informed throughout the process.
