We have an automatic Shipping Policy for most destinations set up for all items in our listing. Just put items in the cart and you will see the shipping cost (depending on the total weight for your country). You can choose options of shipping with different costs in the cart.

For some countries shipping costs are available upon request only. The €500 shipping costs indicated are conditional. You can send us a list of desired products before ordering to calculate the shipping cost; or place an order but do not pay for it and wait for shipping costs to be calculated. We will agree on this with you and replace the shipping costs in the order with the correct amount.

We use two delivery options:

1. National state postal company of Slovenia - by default
Options - Economy with Tracking / ed / ed + Insurance / Express - Priority with Insurance.

You can see tracking on the website of your national state post company, as soon as the parcel will be ed in your country. Also read about tracking in more detail below.
We will send your purchases with very good packaging within 1-5 business days after the payment.
By default, you will see in the Shopping Cart the cost of shipping without insurance. If you want to insure your package against loss and damage, please do not pay for the automatic invoice and write to us. In this case, We will add insurance to the shipping cost in the invoice.
The approximate cost of insurance is 2.5€ for goods up to 100€ and weight up to 2 kg; or 1.5€ for every 80€ of the value of the goods.
You may see in the cart by default (not for expensive items and not for all countries) "Economic shipping with tracking", but we recommend using the shipping option - "ed"; read more about this below.

2. Deutsche Post - DHL Express
Options - Economy / Express / + Insurance / + Flexible Delivery / + Insurance with Flexible Delivery.

The main advantage - fast delivery. We will send your purchases with very good packaging within 1-2 business days after the payment.
Please let us know your country and zip code (postcode) of your location and list of desired goods (better to send links to avoid mistakes). We'll tell you the exact cost and delivery options to your location.
If you have added items to your shopping cart already and you want to ship with DHL, do not pay the invoice please and write to us about it.
We will quickly calculate this option for your order and let you know the cost and delivery time.

We use high quality and reliable packaging for all records. But we draw your attention to the fact that for some new and expensive used records we can use, by default, additional reinforcing inserts. It leads to an increase in the weight and, consequently, could (not always) increase the cost of shipping. This is already taken into in the cost of the shipping that you see in the order page.

Please do not ask us to reduce the cost of the order in the shipping documents. The seller must have proof for the PayPal about all sended paid goods for the full amount of payment including cost of shipping. Please do not ask us to send your purchase as a gift. It will be sent as the goods with full cost of the order.

Please do not ask us to write "Fragile" on the package after the payment. Ask us about it before buying please. Because some postal services of some transit countries do not accept parcels with such an inscription without an appropriate paid clearance, or do not accept at all.
The "Fragile" marking is only possible for packages with ed shipping, not with Economy.

Some of our items have a comment about the completeness or quality condition. Please read the comment on the item for sale before ordering. If you don't like this comment, please don't order. Payment for the order will mean that you agree with our comment on the proposed item.

Attention! Make sure that your Discogs and PayPal shipping addresses match! We will send to the PayPal shipping address in case of a discrepancy. Please, do not ask us to ship to a different address after the payment. Your order will be sent to paypal shipping address specified IN THE TRANSACTION for order.
We can’t technically change the delivery address on the paypal after payment, but we MUST to send paid goods to paypal shipping address, as it is defined legally payer.
To avoid this, you can change (BEFORE THE ORDERING) the shipping address in your paypal .
Attention! If you will use different addresses with different countries on the Discogs and on the PayPal, this will result in the cancellation of the order and a refund minus the PayPal fee. Because shipping cost is different for different countries. And the shipping cost is calculated for country indicated on the Discogs, but seller must ship paid order to country indicated on the PayPal.

If you want to use PayPal with a different shipping address (for acsample it's PayPal of a familiar person), but you want to get the order on your address indicated on the Discogs, please do not pay an automatical invoice on the Discogs. And in this case please let us aboit it BEFORE THE PAYMENT.
If we get your warning before the payment, we'll send you other special paypal invoice with desired shipping address. In this case, it does not matter who will be the payer.

About discounts: if you order more records, the discount will be 3%-5%-10%-15%-... depending on the total order amount. The discount is made by returning part of the payment to your PayPal. In order to determine the exact discount, we need to know before ordering what exactly you want to order. Just send us in messenger links to the products you want to make in one combined order, and we will tell you the amount of the discount on each product for this order.
Please no ask us about discounts after ordering. All questions about prices and discounts should be discussed before ordering on the correspondence pages and not after ordering on the order page.

Another way to get a discount (only for products with the “Make Offer” option for a price): you can offer your price, but in most cases your offer will be accepted if you order several items at once. Please do not make inadequate offers, it's just a waste of time.
Discounts vary: some records may be big discounts off right away, but some are only 3-5% off even if you buy a lot.
Please note, according to Discogs rules, you can make an offer for each specific item only once.
Therefore, we advise: let us know the list of records you are interested in (better to send links to avoid mistakes), and we will answer by how many percent you can reduce the price with the "Make offer" option for each item.

Many used records in our listing have a Visual Media Grading. The condition of such records was assessed only visually, and this does not guarantee the real condition of the media. Please ask us before the ordering and we'll listen record fultelly and inform you real media condition.

For any items with comment "STILL SEALED" or "FACTORY SEALED" or "STILL FACTORY SEALED" - we are not sure about color of vinyl / CD / cassette and about or design of labels; we don't know which is it pressing plant and mastering because we can not look inside and check labels and runouts, color of vinyl, etc. characteristics inside sealed covers, sleeves, boxes, cases.
Attention! Regarding vinyl records or CDs or cassettes with comment “STILL SEALED” or "FACTORY SEALED" - they are sold as is, with no guarantee as to the quality of the record or set composition and what is inside the cover. Because we would not be able to check the quality or set composition of the sealed record or CD or cassette. We checked cover and it looked like the cover was not opened ever.
You can ask us (on the order page) to open your sealed record or CD or cassette and check it after payment but before the shipment. If we find a discrepancy in composition or condition in comparison with declared, we garantee you a full refund. But if all is OK, you will receive an open record or CD or cassette in MINT media condition.
If you want us to send you a record outside the cover (if you are worried that the edge of the record will damage the cover), then write to us about it before sending it.

Some copies in our stock have price stickers on the shrink.

Some products are stated to come with a "Generic" sleeve (or cover). Please note that sometimes this may be the original sleeve (or cover) from the label, but sometimes it is a plain white paper sleeve + plastic sleeve.

Attention! The seller is not responsible for the quality of the pressing, mastering, records and other product characteristics any manufacturers, plants, mastering studios, records companies. Therefore, the Buyer agrees that such claims as "doesn't sound as I expected", "not enough bass", "flat sound", "distorted recording", "digital reissue, not analog recording", "poor quality photos on the cover", "original inner sleeve is not anti-static", etc. are unfounded in relation to the Seller. The Buyer may address such claims to the Label or the Manufacturer.

In case of full refund (or part of refund) through no fault of the Seller, all losses (for example: PayPal / Discogs fee for the payment or refund; cost of shipping or return, custom tax etc.) will be at the expense of the buyer / payer.

For some countries all shipments with goods need the TAX ID number of the importer or consignee as a governmental requirement: ports or any TAX ID. Otherwise, shipments can not be cleared from Customs. Please provide this TAX ID number to us on the order, as this is the buyer's responsibility.

We will send with ordinary nationaly state postal company - Post of Slovenia or Deutsche Post DHL, not with other post companies, delivery services, other international couriers.

If you receive the package with shipping damage.
When paying for the goods, the buyer agrees with condition, that we will be used for packaging a box of 3-layers corrugated cardboard and and bubble wrap. We use very hard cardboard with protective edges for reliable packaging. But even such a package will not protect the goods if, for example, a forklift wheel at a postal sorting point es over it. Therefore, we advise you to choose the service including Insurance with warranty against damage on 100% of goods value includes shipping cost. If the parcel was damaged you can file a claim with your postal service and receive refund for damage.
To insure your package, write to us about it on the order page BEFORE PAYING. In this case, we will add the cost of insurance to shipping.
But for get compensation for damage to the parcel during shipmentyou must immediately make a written claim to the courier when receiving of the parcel if you saw physical damage to the parcel, and require his signature in the damage report.
If you chose shipping without insurance in ordering but the parcel was damaged, you can file a claim with your postal service too. In the absence of a special insurance / warranty, they must compensate for the damage based on the weight of the parcel. And without insurance, you will not receive the full amount of the invoice.

As for tracking. When shipping via national postal service (default), a standard international tracking number will be used, such as "XY123456789SI". The buyer, by paying for the order, agrees with the condition that if the national postal service of the recipient's country uses a different tracking number system, the seller is not responsible for delivery of the parcel to the recipient. However, if standard international tracking does not work in your country, and after 30 days after sending you have not received the parcel, please let us know. In this case, we initiate the standard procedure for international search of the parcel at the Slovenian Post.
In case of sending a parcel with DHL, a special tracking number will be used, which can be used on the DHL website only.

As for Economic shipping with tracking. Please note that with such shipping you can use the tracking of the parcel, but the courier has the right to deliver the parcel without handing it over to the addressee personally. In other words, he has the right to leave the parcel in front of the addressee's door; and the parcel will be considered delivered. The buyer agrees to this condition by paying for the order with this shipping option.
We do not recommend using Economy Shipping, because neither the Buyer nor the Seller will be able to make a claim to the courier about the loss or damage of the package after the courier makes a mark in the tracking system about the delivery of the package.

We draw your attention to the fact that unfortunately sometimes the delivery times differ from the declared by postal services for reasons beyond the control of the seller. Don't worry and just wait. But in the event of a clear delay in delivery, please let us know and we will do my best to locate the package.
We also draw your attention to the fact that during the pre-holiday and holiday periods, such as December - January, delivery times may be increased due to congestion in postal services. Don't worry and just wait.

Attention! When paying for the goods, the buyer agrees with the condition that in case of returning the parcel through no fault of the seller:
- the buyer and (or) payer indicated the wrong shipping address and (or) incorrect or insufficient data for the customs declaration;
- the buyer and (or) recipient was absent at the delivery address, and (or) did not receive the parcel at the postal service at the delivery address within the time period specified by the postal service;
- the buyer or recipient refused to accept the delivered parcel;
- the buyer and (or) the recipient refused to pay customs and (or) other legal duties and fees;
- other reasons for returning the parcel due to the fault of the buyer and (or) recipient,
the seller will refund the cost of the paid goods to the payer's , minus the cost of delivery, return cost, Discogs commission, paypal fee paid and refund fee, any other commissions, taxes, duties, fees associated with this order that have been paid or will have to be paid, AFTER receiving and checking the returned parcel and receipt of the necessary receipts or invoices for the payment of such expenses.

We ship to all over the world, but currently due to the coronavirus, some countries are restricting postal transit. Therefore, some countries are temporarily excluded from our shipping list, sorry. If f you have already made and paid for the order, but the shipment is temporarily impossible, we will refund your payment or send your order as soon as it will be possible, of your choice.
