Ongaku Express abides to the rule and reports true value of each order. Please note that VAT payment is the buyer’s responsibility when Discogs does not collect the amount at checkout. We respect and value all our customer and omotenashi is our motto. But increasingly, we receive not so nice messages during our interactions with some customers.

Thus, we take immediate action to terminate any interaction and transaction with anyone that do not show proper etiquette. We reserve the right to cancel order from any customer that we no longer willing to deal with because of poor manner. Differences on price, quality, or issues always exist, and it is in the interest of both sides to handle them with respect.

We also do not respond to any demand, request, or communication that we deem are unreasonable, abusive, and misleading.

[Final Sales]
Cross continent shipping is typically quite smooth in the modern times, however, in rare situation unexpected problem can still occur. If there is issue, please us within 45 days after the shipping date. All sales are treated final without problem after this date.
All sales are final, return not accepted without legitimate reason. Buyer remorse is not a legit reason for cancellation. We will try to accommodate with other arrangements but reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent up to 30% of total order value for the final outcome.

[Force Majeure]
Although logistics issue has now subsided, unexpected supply chain disruption could occur from time to time. As logistic options may change rapidly, we reserve the right to cancel any order. We will communicate promptly if such unfortunate situation occurs.

[Tax and duties]
Buyer is responsible for all tax, tariffs, duty, and related charges.
Appropriate packaging will be used for each shipment - for example, bubble envelope for CD and DVD, vinyl box for vinyl, bubble wrap for box set, etc.
The item condition is based on our inspection and judgment, and it is highly subjective. Buyer beware.
