PLEASE NOTE.
I work away from home a lot. This means I do not have the time or inclination to play grade every record and CD that come into stock. This means, that unless stated otherwise, the grading is VISUAL and done without additional lighting.

Secondly, I do not yet have a deluxe record cleaner, so LPs are NOT deep cleaned.
However, I will play grade and give detailed descriptions upon request, but please bear in mind, this may take a day or two, as I'm often away from home.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR OVERSEAS BUYERS
UK sellers now have to attach a commercial invoice with IOSS number. This is provided by Discogs and shows any tax or duty you have paid. This "should" prevent you paying any import duty, customs charges or VAT.

In practice this doesn't always work and there seems to be issues with customs in some countries. This is a very occasional problem but I can do nothing about it. I cannot deal with overseas customs issues, charges and problems. However most parcels through customs with no problem though.

If you prefer no invoice to be attached and the parcel stated as a gift or with a low value. Please inform me.

The seller has no control over customs and duty charges in your country. The buyer is solely responsible for any tax demands

I always looking to buy more folk albums on vinyl and CD, so please drop me a line if you have anything to sell.

ARE YOU SELLING?
I am always on the look out for folk music and happy to buy individual items or collections. I try to pay fairly and my "buying in" prices are always based around current Discogs selling price.

CONDITION GRADINGS
Please note. All gradings are VISUAL. This means I do NOT have the time to play grade every item. If you don't mind waiting a few days, I will be happy to play grade any item for you. If you are unsure, please do not order.

Similarly. I also do not have the time to clean every single record that comes into stock. Therefore some of these LPs will not have had a professional deep clean for 40 years. I can only base my grade from what I can see (ie scratches, marks and scuffs).

VG and VG+ grades.
If you are searching for a disc / cover that looks pristine / perfect then please avoid any records with these grades. 99% of VG/VG+ grades will have some surface wear such as a few light scratches, hair lines, paper scuffs, etc. Covers may also have a little ring wear, edge / corner wear.

CD Cases and CD gradings. The stated gradings only apply to to discs and part / card artwork and inserts. The grading does NOT cover plastic jewel cases. Similarly, I will take no responsibility if these cases are damaged in transit. They are incredibly fragile and damage in transit can easily happen. As standard, they are sent in padded envelopes or wrapped in bubble wrap

PARCELS to RUSSIA
Given the current hostility in Ukraine, I am no longer selling to customers in Russia

Prices are for standard services through Royal Mail and UK items include tracking. If you require insurance, express delivery, etc, they are available, but there is an additional cost. Please request this BEFORE paying

CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
Unless requested otherwise, I will use the purchase price as the declared value of the parcel. If you want me to state a lower value, just let me know

UK / Europe
1-2 LPs. As standard, I use card envelop mailers with twin strengtheners
3 or more LPs. I use corrugated cruciform boxes
CDs - I use padded envelopes of varying sizes

Rest of World
All LPs are now sent in cruciform boxes (varying sizes)
All CDs are sent in padded envelopes
