1 : It is with deep regret that we have decided to scrap 1st Class postage for the U.K. Royal mail have, yet again, increased the prices so we are now having to only offer 2nd class postage & tracked 48 for orders however, should you want 1st class please advise us and we will send orders with adjusted price.

2 : Our shipping prices are some of the best/sensible on the market & after packaging costs are taken into we do not even break even on the orders.

3: All CD's are graded to Discogs ratings but the case is not rated. Nearly all CD's are in their original cases, but are in replacement cases if the originals are very bad/cracked. Mint/Still sealed items with bad crack/split cases will have a sound case sent with it. All Cd's are shipped in sturdy cardboard packaging, NOT jiffy bags, for extra protection.

4 : All orders are sent WITHOUT tracking, unless stated, except Europe, hence the cheaper shipping rates shown by Discogs, however, If you require tracking for your order please advise me when placing it and I will adjust the shipping rates accordingly. Further to this, some of the tracked shipping to the USA, is CHEAPER than normal shipping, for some reason, by Royal Mail. Please feel free to check them out, thanks.

5 : Unfortunately due to high losses when shipping to Europe we will only ship; Tracked or Tracked/Signed.
Sorry about this but it would seem as though this problem has only got larger since leaving the EU. We would advise that you think about larger orders or buying without cases, cheers.

6 : **** Most orders can be shipped without cases, to reduce shipping costs. Please place your order but do NOT pay, we will then adjust the shipping rate for you to complete the order.****

7 : Buyer is responsible for any and all customs fees, import taxes, or other delivery-related charges once the item has been shipped. We are not responsible for any extra taxes incurred by your country on import of your order.

8 : **IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE**: Please do NOT ask for a different shipping address - We will only ship to the main address on the order form & please do not ask us to state a different TOTAL cost of the order, on the custom forms for TAX purposes in your country.

9 : All orders, once shipped, can only be returned at the buyers expense.

10 : America & Canada shipping from the UK is painfully slow, average time is in excess of 12 Working days ( USA ) & 15 Working days ( Canada )
Australia & Brazil Shipping is in excess of 12 - 15 Working days.

Any problems with your order please us first, before leaving negative , I am sure we can come to a satisfactory solution and we offer a full 100% money back guarantee. We try and rate the discs as fair as possible, in normal light conditions and re check them before sending, should we find them to be a lower grading we will advise you of that and then you can choose to cancel the order should you wish to or we can come to an alternative solution. If you feel that we have over rated the CD we will have NO hesitation in refunding your order or coming to an agreeable alternative.
