For orders within Australia, Single or double cd purchases that have a postage cost of $4/$6 will be sent as an untracked letter in a padded envelope. This is the same for 7inch records, other than the fact they will be sent in proper 7 inch cardboard mailers. If you require tracking please let me know and it will bump up the shipping costs to $11.

For cds, I have a VMI 3500a cd buffing machine. I will generally buff a dirty cd or cds that are scuffed. I wont buff any cd with a couple of minor hair lines. Any cd the has been buffed will be graded no higher than VG+. As discogs grading states, jewel cases are not included in the grading process. That being said, I will always swap out any cracked or heavily scuffed cases, unless there is a hype sticker, in which case I may the buyer and give them the option of a new case without hype sticker.

For records, I have Vevor ultrasonic cleaner. All older records (1900s pressed) are ultrasoniclly cleaned and have fresh inner sleeves. I will still included any original paper sleeve but will dispose of any generic plastic sleeves. Modern pressed records are ultrasoniclly cleaned on a case by case basis. I use quality record mailers and I throw a layer of bubble wrap around the records to further help prevent corner damage. I ship the records inside their sleeves, please let me know if you want them placed outside the sleeves.
