All records graded with MINT is looking unplayed but it is unsealed . When there is sealed record we mention this in notes.
For factory sealed records or CD's we dont have responsibility about quality of records because we cant open and check it.
We offer track or not track shipping. There is small difference in price between them. If u choose economy shipping ( with no track ) there is no sign required when u receive the orders so it can be delivered to different person. In case u don't receive it and u choose economy ( not track ) shipping ) it is not our responsibaleites and we cant refund u.
If the buyer want to cancel the order before payment - it is completely ok , just let us now.
If the buyer pays for the order and then, through no fault of ours, wants to cancel it, we have to pay fee to PayPal which is not refundable to us.
In this cases we keep 3 Euro for the orders under 50 euro and 5 euro for the orders 50 euro or more witch cover PayPal Fee and re listing of items.
Please understand and be careful to cancel the order if u wish before payment.
Records and CD's we sell, we rate it only visually. If there is some sound problems witch is not visible, we are not responsible for that.
If the buyer explicitly asks us to conduct a sound test and this is possible and we confirm in writing in a message with the order the absence or presence of any problems - the responsibility for the sound quality becomes ours.
