We continue providing shipping services to our customers around the world: For orders in the rest of the world the cost of shipping will be added automatically according to the cost and shipping policies of Discogs and the standards of the shipping agency.

SHIPPING: Usually ship the next business day (24/48 hours) from "payment received" date. All records are carefully cleaned and sent in a special mail box for LP's.
GRADINGS: We always use the Goldmine grading standard and all visual inspections are done in natural day light or under a strong lamp light. We do our best to ensure that items are clean before being shipped.

Vex-Records is not responsible for any shipment a buyer does not pick up or does not receive due to an incorrect address given us. Tracking numbers that show delivered to the address provided by buyer but the buyer has not actually received it is not the responsibility of Vex-Records. If this is the case USPS and request a search. Mail theft is a felony that USPS take very seriously and they will investigate. Insurance is available upon buyers request and at the buyers expense. We are also not responsible for international mailers that have left the U.S.. Slow customs and unreliable postal delivery is NOT in our control and we are NOT responsible for any such thing.
