JiggyJamz reserves the right to make changes to shipping cost in special situations depending on rare circumstances... In that case you will be informed via message on the order page. Uninsured mail costs are nonrefundable (i.e. Standard Mail, Media Mail, First Class Domestic / International)

Order Status
Orders will be kept active for 7 days from the time of order. If payment or communication has not been established, the order will be cancelled for reason "Non-Paying Buyer". JiggyJamz appreciates your business and we are a no pressure seller, but if possible, we prefer to process orders as quickly as possible. We understand that internet access is not always available to everyone at all times for various reasons, so if you place an order and need extra time to pay, please leave a message on the order page. Communication between buyer and seller is very important to complete transactions through Discogs.

Returns / Damaged Items:
Returns are handled on a per order basis.
Damaged Item(s) claims will be handled with customer service in mind, but will require photo proof from the buyer before the claim is considered and processed with either a return authorization or partial/complete refund. Thanks for your reasonable understanding on this matter.

Shipping Address:
Shipping Address information must match between PayPal and Discogs s. If the address information does not match, the order will not ship until the correct or preferred address is confirmed.

International Orders:

USPS First Class International Tracking may not be available in select countries. First Class Intl. shipping cost associated is non-refundable. If you choose the First Class International option, your agreement to these shipping will be made when you place the order. Add ed Mail for highly secure delivery or please request Priority Mail if you prefer faster, insured, and traceable shipping. In the rare case your item arrives damaged using First Class, JiggyJamz will only refund the price of the Item after JJRC has received detailed photo proof of the damaged item and detailed photos of the packaging including the shipping labels. Alternatively, USPS Priority Mail includes insurance and will cover your shipping cost if there is damage or loss. In the rare case there is damage, loss or an unforeseen error, JiggyJamz will handle the issue professionally and with customer satisfaction in mind... Thanks.

JiggyJamz is not responsible for import tariffs, taxes or customs fees required in your local country. For orders shipped outside of the US, the buyer will be responsible for the payment of any local taxes or import duty payable on the shipment.
