Buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs. You are expected to make payment within 72 hours of receiving an invoice. My is set to automatically cancel the order when buyers do not pay within seven (7) days of receiving an invoice. I accept CCs via PayPal, MOs, cashier's checks, or well concealed cash. If you are mailing payment please me about this within 72 hours of purchase so I don't get all upset and relist the item while cursing your handle under my breath. If you decide to send cash you do so at your own risk. I won't steal your money but there are mail thieves around, and they steal mail. It's a crapshoot.
All shipments will be USPS Media Mail ($8 for first record) unless we agree to another arrangement. You as buyer understand that Media Mail is the least reliable service available and agree to not hold me responsible for lost or damaged items. If the item has a high enough value I will recommend you have it shipped Priority and possibly add insurance. I will only ship to the address on file w/ Discogs, which should be the same as PayPal. If they are different, and you do not EXPLICITLY instruct me where to send, I accept no responsibility for merchandise not received. Records will be removed from their outer sleeves and left in inner sleeves when shipping. You may or may not receive a plastic sleeve protector.
Regarding offers to buy outside Discogs: DON'T DO IT. I will not entertain offers to transact outside of Discogs. If you make me an offer to transact outside of Discogs, like "Would you do free us shipping if I buy off discogs and pay as friends and family?" The answer is NO and then I will not sell you even through Discogs. Just don't. If you wanna get out of paying fees and taxes there's always Craigslist and the Tea Party.
Mexico and Canada is $30 for the first record. ROW is $50 for the first record. **International buyer acknowledge that the seller, that's me, accepts no responsibility for damaged or lost items.**
I go to the post office once a week, usually Fridays, occasionally Mondays. I will usually let you know when you record will ship and if for some reason I don't get to the PO that day, I'll tell you that too.
