Please check the following:
1) Mainly visual grading.
2) If matrix numbers - run-out symbols are critical in a vinyl you want to buy, pls ask us before the payment - sometimes discogs databases are not full updated in these elements and sometimes mistakes may happen.
3) Many Japanese Records are very heavy and sometimes shipping cost is higher than the one discogs shipping algorithm implements in the invoice. In this case, we will inform you about that and we have the right to adjust the shipping cost accordingly. If buyer does not want to pay the extra shipping we can cancel the order under mutual agreement. Return Shipping cost for damages during transport or if the buyer is not satisfied is covered by the buyer according to paypal guidelines. DHL may charge extra fee for delivery to destinations that are very far from urban areas - in this case shipping cost are adjusted accordingly. We package with standard cardboard mailer bubble wrap and stiffeners - if a buyer wants stronger package pls let us know.
4) Whatever issue you have in a transaction pls talk to us - we always love to handle any issue in a polite way according to discogs/paypal rules/guidelines. Return shipping costs are buyer's responsibility.
5) Usually we ship within three-four working days after the payment received. If you choose DHL shipping you should send us phone number - it is mandatory for DHL. Expensive records are shipped only by DHL for maximum safety.
6) We accept offers mainly on many items using market criteria . Offers for low-priced vinyls or crazy offers (e.g. 10 euros offer for a vinyl priced 30 euros) obviously should be declined. Also offers can not be combined
