We will instruct you on how to return and when we receive the music back, we will issue you with a replacement or a full refund. Keep in mind however that you must pay for return postage or shipping, as this is your responsibility, regardless of where you are based

We only issue refunds on inspection of music that is safely returned to us. So we recommend that you return items fully tracked.

We strongly believe that being a very small operation gives us a marketplace edge.

Please let me explain. We take the time, to play test absolutely everything that we sell. It's a slow process, but it's the only way, that we can guarantee that you are buying a quality product.

If we wanted to we could list tons of inventory very quickly. But do you know what?

That's not what we are about. QUALITY AUDIO PLAYBACK matters to us more than anything else. It's fair to say that as graders, we have an audio playback bias.

A few light, superficial marks, does not upset us, if the sound is perfect.

If the audio, is not perfect, for example, a small non overbearing defect, we will explain to you in detail why we still believe that the item, is still worth considering.

WE CAN'T EMPHASIZE ENOUGH THE IMPORTANCE OF FULLY PLAY TESTING MUSIC.

We have seen lovely looking vinyl, CD's and tapes, and have sat back to enjoy, and they play terribly. At the same time we have heard marked vinyl and CD's, and faded tapes play beautifully.

THAT IS WHY WE DO NOT GRADE VISUALLY, WE HAVE A DEEP MISTRUST OF WHAT WE CALL VANITY GRADING. WHAT WE MEAN BY THIS IS GRADING BASED ON LOOKS. ONLY BY PLAY TESTING DO YOU GET THE FULL STORY. MUSIC ACTUALLY GRADES ITSELF, WHEN IT HITS YOUR EARS!

So in conclusion, we grade our discs and tapes sonically, that is what our final grading will be based on. We are musicians ourselves, we strongly believe that our ears are trained to pick up and detect imperfections. When we are satisfied, we issue a grade based on the pleasure of the listening experience. We always do this as honestly as possible.
