GRADING;
Our aim is to grade safe, because we really care about the buyers , we do our absolute best to describe all records accurately, we try and note all cut outs/writing on label/ sleeve, and grade the records accurately and conservatively.
So a record that is (M) graded can only be records that are SEALED and NEW in our stock .
so a record that is (-NM) graded is as NEW but not sealed.
so a record that is (vg+) is graded like little used to used, some general use is noticeable.
If a record is (VG) or lower graded, it means that it has some scratches and we do not offer refunds on these records as they are damaged and we generally sell them very cheaply.
If the sleeve condition is not graded,---> the sleeve condition is the same or even in better condition, like the media condition.

The next letter combinations in the comments mean;
WOL means Writing On Label
WOS means Writing On (outer) Sleeve
SOL means Sticker (or residu/damage from it) On Label
SOS means Sticker (or residu/damage from it) On Sleeve ( regular price tags we do not mention)
CUT means a cut out, corner cut or a perforate in the outer sleeve usually it is done in a corner of the sleeve as did by the distributor or manufacturer for promo use only.
