Hello and welcome.

Before placing an order, please read the following information carefully. I am usually able to answer queries quickly so please don’t hesitate to ask if you have questions on items I have for sale or the of sale below.

Shipping - WILL BE MADE TO THE BUYER'S PAYPAL CONFIRMED ADDRESS, please ensure it matches your Discogs shipping address before placing an order. Any charges / fees resulting from a PayPal refund due to having the wrong shipping address will be charged to the buyer.

If you pay for an order & then decide you don't want the order shipped due to a purchase error etc then I will refund you minus the PayPal fee as PayPal no longer refund the fee to the seller. I will not incur the PayPal fee as a seller due to the buyer purchasing in error and wanting a refund.

Payment must be made within 4 days of the invoice being issued otherwise your order will be cancelled, negative left and the item(s) will go back on sale.

Grading:

I grade records conservatively, All vinyl will be carefully cleaned using Pro-ject Record Cleaning Machine and placed in a brand new 12” inner sleeve (I see no point in placing a freshly cleaned record into a potentially old dusty sleeve) and checked from start to finish and digitally recorded before awarding a grade.
Unless otherwise stated as visually graded these will be record before dispatch to ensure there are no imperfections.

I do my best to give buyers detailed notes on the condition of the items for sale, but in the unlikely event you are unhappy with the grading or any other issues with your purchase, please me with your concerns before leaving negative , so I can address the problem.

All records will be removed from the covers / inner sleeves and placed in PLASTIC SLEEVE THEN SANDWICHED BETWEEN 2 STIFFENERS, WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP AND PLACED IN A BRAND-NEW VINYL MAILERS for shipping.

I take the packing and shipping of items very seriously, to ensure they arrive as they were sent.

Shipping:

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail.

ALL UK ORDERS WILL BE SENT VIA 48hr SIGNED AND TRACKED / INSURED SERVICES.

ALL EUROPEAN AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SENT VIA INTERNATIONAL TRACKED & SIGNED / INSURED SERVICES WHERE POSSIBLE.

Please note p&p does not simply cover the postage price it also covers the packaging price.

I strive to ship the items within 4 working days of payment I will update you if I'm unable to do so.
Unfortunately, I am unable to guarantee the performance of the postal services, so please keep that in mind when considering your .

In addition to the cost of the item, post and packing buyers outside the UK will also be responsible for any additional taxes / import duties. I will always declare the full value of items I ship abroad using the relevant customs forms.

I will only ship overseas using tracked and signed delivery with insurance where available. Please don't be offended if I refuse to use a cheaper standard postage, this is to protect myself (and you) against loss or damage.

This is purely based on weight and the prices paid to Royal Mail, plus a small amount on top to cover packaging costs etc, but these costs can be used as a guide:

In regard to delivery price a double record counts as 2 X 12"and a triple as 3 records.

In regard to generic sleeves, they may be plain paper or plain cardboard sleeves.

Any problems, please me before leaving , as I will always try my best to sort it out.

Payment
I am now taking PayPal and Skrill payments. Please pay within 4 days from your order date, otherwise your order will be cancelled, negative left and the item(s) will go back on sale.

When paying by PayPal please ensure that your PayPal address matches the address you have provided to Discogs. I will only ship to the PayPal address.

Make sure all correspondence is done through Discogs messages only so nothing gets missed, and NOT direct email or PayPal messages.

Returns
In the unlikely event you must let me know within 14 days of receiving. Return postage cost may not be refundable if the item was the correct release and graded appropriately, however if payment was by PayPal then they will usually cover return shipping costs in most cases.

Any items which are substituted or damaged due to poor packaging on return will be chargeable.

When correctly addressed parcels get sent back, for whatever reason, buyer has to pay postage again.

We all make mistakes and i'm the first to acknowledge that. So, before you decide to start ranting and raving in the section or start a PayPal dispute, please me first. I'm a reasonable person and my main objective is to satisfy you, the customer. So, again: If there's any problem, me and we'll work things out.

As per Discogs conditions of sale, the following apply:
Buyer will be responsible for return shipping. We highly encourage using a tracked shipping method as buyer takes responsibility for ensuring the item arrives safely back to us in its original condition.
Requests for return must be filed within 21 days of the date of shipment.
