I do not ship to Belarus due to constant non-delivery.
If you have not received your item within 14 days of despatch please let me know. Non-delivery MUST be advised within 30 days of despatch or else no refund is possible.
All values in UK pounds sterling: Buyer pays postage.
IMPORTANT NOTES: PLEASE READ
1) All standard Discogs postage prices include insurance for items under £20 value. Orders above £20 must be sent tracked. In U.K. this is £1.50, overseas can be up to £6. Please me if your order totals more than £20.
2 ) I will despatch ONLY to your ed Discogs/ PayPal address. These must be the same and I won't despatch to a third party address.
3) I use the most cost effective shipping method to keep prices down. This means 2nd class UK postage and standard Royal Mail international airmail. There is no tracking provided on either, so no point asking for tracking details. I am happy to ship with tracking on request, but this will be at extra cost. See point 1).
I reserve the right to cancel any order not complying with these .
AN IMPORTANT NOTE ON PACKING !!!! I pack CDs using recycled packing including bubble wrap or pieces of polypadding then place in an envelope. I then charge pretty much the cost price of the actual postage plus a few pence to cover the envelopes etc so you pay the minimum possible for shipping. This is usually sufficient to withstand a certain amount of abuse in the post.
Records are packed using recycled cardboard.
I can use custom padded Jiffy bags (also recycled) with further internal packing for CDs or bespoke record mailers for vinyl. These are subject to an extra 50p (CDs) or 75p (record mailers) which must be notified at time of order.
Without the extra payment , I can accept no liability for cracked or damaged jewel cases (where there is any significant jewel case damage before shipping, I will have mentioned it in the item description); or damage to record sleeves. I will, on request, provide copy proof of postage for you to claim damage compensation.
