We use USPS Media Mail for all our shipments. Below are the options available:
$7.00 for 1st 7" record. $1 for each additional.
$10.00 for 1st 12" record. $1 for each additional
2. Packaging:
Your vinyl records are shipped in , protective mailers with additional padding. Each package includes stiffeners to ensure your record arrives without bends or damage.
3. Order Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. A confirmation email with your UPS tracking number will be sent as soon as your order is dispatched.
4. Returns and Refunds:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the item is damaged or differs from its description. Please notify us immediately if there is an issue. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error, in which case we will provide a prepaid USPS return label.
5. Additional Information:
Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address when placing an order.
We are not responsible for shipment delays once the package is in the care of USPS.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties for international orders.
