If you want to buy something you are not sure about you can ask me to double check before I dispatch and preferably before you order. My shows that my customers are happy. If you think you might not be happy then it's probably best if you don't buy vinyl graded below VG+ because VG and below can be a little tricky to get spot on for everyone.

Discogs & Record Collector grading systems are subjective and open to interpretation.
What plays well on one deck may skip on another...especially if you have not set your tone arm up properly.
Also consider this...if every seller play tested every record before listing there would much less vinyl up for sale. 500 LP's x 40 mins listening time works out at almost 2 weeks solid listening to vinyl with no sleep at all!

90% of grading vinyl has to be done by eye unless it's a rarity. It's hard work getting everything right for every person because everyone has different expectations. All I know is I do not set out to mislead anyone as my shows. And I will be happy to resolve any complaints as long as you are polite and reasonable. Nothing is 100% guaranteed because you may not agree with my grading.

Before you purchase please check the Discogs grading system and note that records graded VG or less can sometimes have faults that will make your stylus skip but not mine. It's the grey area of grading so I try to play bad looking marks to check if they skip. Sometimes a record that looks bad will play fine and one that looks mint may have a pressing fault invisible to the naked eye. Nothing is 100% guaranteed by any seller unless you are buying a rare high priced gem that has been play tested. If you want to return a record graded VG or less because it skips or doesn't sound good on your system you are welcome to do so but at your own cost.

If you are new to Discogs I will not dispatch until you have confirmed that you understand Discogs grading system because it is not the same as the UK Record Collector grading system.
