We ask that buyers complete payment at the time an order is placed. As a brick-and-mortar retail store, we do not pull items from our sales floor until payment is received. All items listed on Discogs remain available for sale both in-store and online until payment is received. If an item sells in our shop before payment is made, your order will be canceled.
Our is set to automatically cancel unpaid orders after 4 days. When this happens, non-payment will be left in accordance with our store policy.
★ If you choose to cancel a paid order, please note that the non-refundable PayPal fee will be deducted from your refund.
★ We leave positive after payment is received.
Shipping and Insurance
We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. If you would like insurance, please us before paying, so we can calculate the cost and update your invoice. If an insured package is lost or damaged, you are responsible for filing a claim with USPS.
★ Buyer pays for shipping and handling.
★ Domestic Media Mail: $6.50 for the first LP, $1.00 for each additional.
★ Tracking will be provided once the item ships.
★ We do not ship internationally. Requests to do so will be ignored.
Minimum Order Requirement
To the sustainability of our small business, we have a $25 minimum order total for online sales. Requests to lower this threshold will be ignored.

We are a small, independent brick-and-mortar shop, and we ship during our regular business hours.
★ Most orders ship the same or next business day.
★ Orders placed after hours, on holidays, or weekends will be processed the next open business day.
★ Please allow 2–3 business days for us to process and for USPS to scan the package into their system.
If you receive a message that your order is packed and ready to go, this means we are waiting for USPS to pick it up. There may be a delay before tracking shows movement.
We only ship to the address provided by Discogs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Availability
While we strive to keep our Discogs inventory updated daily, there is a small chance that an item may sell in our physical store before it’s removed from our online listings. If an item is no longer available at the time of your order, we will cancel and refund the order promptly. We appreciate your understanding — we do our best to keep everything current, but occasional overlaps may happen, especially on weekends, holidays, or after business hours.
We also reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, whether caused by human mistake or technical issues. While extremely rare, if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we are not obligated to honor the sale.

We are a professional record store with a strong reputation for accurate grading — our speaks to this. If a return is authorized:
★ Items must be returned in the exact condition they were sold.
★ New releases and records sold as "STILL SEALED" or "NEW OLD STOCK" must still be sealed to qualify for a return.
★ If you break the seal of a "STILL SEALED" record, you waive the right to return.
★ Buyers are responsible for return shipping.
★ Partial refunds will not be issued.
Still Sealed Items & Packing Info
We always use professional record mailers. "STILL SEALED" and new release records are shipped as-is. If you request we open a a brand new "MINT" or "STILL SEALED" record before shipping, you forfeit the right to return it. Used records are always packed with the vinyl outside the jacket to help prevent seam splits during transit.

Buyers are welcome to us through Discogs with questions. However:
★ The Discogs platform does not photo sharing through its messaging system. As such, we do not provide photos of items listed for sale. All relevant grading and condition details are included in the item description. If an item is listed as “STILL SEALED” or “MINT” it is brand new and unopened.
★ All communication with us must remain within the Discogs platform.
★ We will not discuss orders through email, social media, or by phone.
