I am not VAT-ed and my prices are as quoted but it is up to the buyer to ensure the order meets the import
rules of your country.If any VAT or Customs duty is charged on imports it is the buyer responsibility to pay the charge

Discogs is introducing new rules for shipping and payment from November 1.I am not at all certain how it will work but I would prefer
you do not pay for your order until I have checked the stock availability and your shipping choice to avoid over or under payment.
If there is a need to repay an overpayment this will be done after deducting any paypal fees suffered as these are non-returnable.
So please ask questions upfront if there is anything you want to confirm BEFORE ordering or before payment.
If you are ordering a quantity of records or high value items so that the order exceeds £30.00 please me BEFORE paying so that I
can consider whether postage has been calculated accurately and acceptably to both parties.It will be too late to amend an invoice if you choose to pay straight away
Especially ensure that the record and sleeve are exactly the one you want. In such a case please write first to make certain a particular issue is correctly displayed before you order and pay. you may be a collector who knows more about an issue than a seller so the onus is on you to make sure that the record is suitable for you.

As from may 22 2023 Discogs have decided to charge commission on the postage element of the invoice which can increase the charge considerably especially for low value items with large postal costs. As a result I and other sellers have had to increase prices while partially absorbing these additional costs. The easiest way to deal with this problem was to increase postal charges while leaving the price of the item as it was. You will find the postage stamp on your parcel is less than the charge made to you. on the invoice----please do not complain as I have explained my thinking above !!! Always judge the value to you by the combined cost of the selling price plus postage

Orders placed for overseas shipping are insured for £20.00 with Royal Mail.If you require tracking and enhanced insurance cover to £50.00 there is an additional charge of £6.50 which will be invoiced separately unless you me first before paying the automatic invoice raised by Discogs
If you are ordering a quantity of records (5 or more) it could be beneficial to ask for a quote for the postage before paying the invoice automatically raised
All items are sent well-packaged.Carriage is at buyers risk if there are breakages or lost parcels.However I will give every assistance to make a claim on your behalf to Royal Mail.
All UK parcels are sent 2nd class post.If you require first class post there will be a small additional charge and you will need to me before paying the automatic invoice raised

If the value of a parcel is over £30.00 overseas the order will be sent ed with tracking at an additional cost of £6.50
If the parcel is valued at £20-30 buyer can choose whether to purchase tracking but the parcel will only be insured for £20.00
by Royal Mail and any excess value is sent at buyers risk
All International parcels are sent by standard air mail without tracking.
If you wish to protect your larger value purchase further you should ask for additional insurance to be added for ed delivery,tracking,signed for or enhanced compensation.Additional costs can be calculated on request.
In case of damage in the post please send back parcel in original packaging.
In case of delays in the post please be patient as claims can only be made after 25 days.
In all cases where you wish to return goods for whatever reason please e-mail and advise of the problem first at [email protected] returns must be authorised by me.
Application for refunds for goods returned will be considered after examining the goods and at the discretion of the seller.Costs of shipping are not refundable.
