All our records being brand new, we assume they went trough the quality check of their manufacturer and 100% ed it. Therefore we decline any responsibility in case of a sound quality that would not meet your personal standard. Same goes with flatness of a record which varies from one record to the other.
We invite you to read comments about pressing quality (see the comments section on the release page on Discogs for instance) before to place an order as we won't accept complains nor returns/refunds regarding pressing quality.
Cancellation: You are always free to cancel an order provided it has not yet been shipped. Fees that would potentially have been taken by payment services providers (Paypal / Stripe) are non-refundable.
We use specifically designed shipping material for shipping your beloved records.
We are not responsible of parcels lost or damaged by the post services unless you've chosen and paid for a ed/tracked shipment!
It means that by selecting a non-insured (designated as uninsured, uned or without tracking) shipping option, you assume taking the full responsibility of the parcel delivery, our responsibility being limited to packing your purchase and shipping it. A proof of deposit will always be available. By chose such a shipping option you confirm having understood the above and abandon any claim for refund and/or paypal dispute.
