* Shipping rates are from the Netherlands and and Shipping will be asap after payment is received.
* Shipping will be from the Netherlands by PostNl or DHL, or from from by Deutsche Post or DHL.

* Except for The Netherlands, all shipping prices are standard shipping this means: without track & trace.
-Additional costs for track & trace vary between approximately 3 and 5 euro's.
* For the continents/lands: South-america, China, India, Africa, Russia: ed shipping is obligatory, this means: additional cost 3 to 5 euros.
(A general rule is: any order from outside Europe will be taken in consideration according to track & trace/ed shipping)
It is advised to track any order over €25. Shipping without registration means your parcel can't be traced and is at your own risk!
For (new) buyers without or with very little /rating and a score lower than 95% the selling of expensive items/orders will be taken in consideration, so can be cancelled and will only be sold with ed shipping.

Because it's impossible to know exact what the total weight and/or measure of an order will be, especially a combined order of more than one item:
1. the order can be made lighter or adjusted, for instance by removing jewel boxes (in case of CD's) or to fold (neatly) a slipcase, to reduce shipping costs.
2. If what is stated under 1. is not possible and this would mean extra costs for me to ship the order, it is possible that i won't accept the order as it is or that i can ask the buyer for an additional payment to cover the extra shipping costs.
The best that you can do with a (larger) order is to wait with payment and me, so we can discuss the best way to ship and under which conditions.
Procedure/Service
As stated in the Service rules, i will respond to an order the latest within 4 days.
If the shipping costs are more than twice the value of the item(s) it will not be shipped and the order will be canceled.
Orders that contain only one item type (for instance only cd's) and are checked out through "All my items", thereby circumventing the "at least" threshold, will be taken into consideration and can be cancelled.
If you are not satisfied with the status of your ordered product, please me, i will respond asap and we'll discuss it.

(Vinyl) records are graded visually and a part of them graded by ear.
