- all 7" and 12" records are shipped with a new protective PE sleeve free of charge.
- all 7" singles are additionally shipped in a new white paper sleeve free of charge.
- we always remove the vinyl from the cover to avoid cover damage (seam splits) during transport.
- we deliver all our packages to the same post office between 10AM and 11AM GMT on weekdays (Mon-Fri).
- all paid orders are usually shipped within 24 hours if the following day is a weekday or payment was received before 9AM.
- it usually takes between 3 days and 3 weeks for your international order to arrive (even longer for some destinations like Brazil or India). There is nothing we can do to speed up the process if it takes longer than expected, all packages are sent with priority mail. Sometimes it's your national customs office that causes a delay, but the postal service is unpredictable and its inner workings are a mystery to me.
