Records must be paid for within 4 days of purchasing or the order will be cancelled and the buyer will be automatically sent negative as a non-paying buyer. If an order is cancelled due to change of mind, you will also be sent negative and blocked from being able to purchase from us in the future.

If the record you purchased arrives different to the description, the buyer is required to make with us within 48 hours of the item's delivery. Once ed a resolution will be made as soon possible as your satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns of items are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or not matched with the sellers description. if your item arrives damaged, photographs must be sent first and then a return postage label will be emailed to the buyer to send the parcel back. Refunds are only processed when the record has been returned to us and inspected.

If international customers outside of Australia's items are held or destroyed in customs, it is solely the responsibility of the buyer to handle this situation unless the buyers information was submitted incorrectly by us, the seller. If the item is returned to the seller, the item will be refunded, but the postage and taxes paid will not be. The item will only be shipped to the address the buyer has provided on the order page.

For every order that we send, we will put our business name, return address and generally a flyer. There will be no exceptions to this rule and if it is requested for any other name or address to be put on the parcel or for us to remove our flyers, your request will be ignored.
