Payment must be made within 4 days of receiving the invoice, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
If a buyer requests a cancellation of the order after making payment, and the Seller agrees, then the refund provided to the buyer will be minus the PayPal fee incurred by the Seller - this is because PayPal does not reimburse this fee to the Seller, if a refund is issued to the buyer.
The seller does not accept returns.

NOTE - I offer Combined Shipping on items bought at the same time. Complete your purchase and then email me for the reduced shipping price and I will send you a revised invoice.
Where the higher local shipping rate applies (currently almost $11 for 2 items), I can usually fit another 2 and possibly 3 items in the envelope, without moving to the next charging level ie up to 4-5 items
All orders will be shipped within 7-10 days of payment being received.
The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs.
All items are shipped with Australia Post.
Vinyl records will be carefully packed, padded and sealed.
The seller is not responsible for damaged, lost or undelivered items.
COMPACT DISC CONDITION GRADING:
For compact discs, the grading for "Sleeve Condition" relates to the insert or booklet that is housed within the plastic jewel case, and is not related to the plastic jewel case itself. Some jewel cases may have minor scuffs and marks, price or other stickers, however any major defects will be described. Sleeve Condition grading does apply to compact discs that are a cardboard digipak or have a cardboard slipcase.
