All items are despatched in brand new strong mailers with cardboard stiffeners.

I ship all orders within 2 working days of payment.

Please note that I must receive payment for your order within 4 days of my invoice to you. Please do not place an order if you will be unable to make payment within this time, as it will result in cancellation of the order, the items being relisted for sale and negative .

TRACKED SHIPPING

All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, Tracked 24 or Special Delivery - select your preference at checkout.

All international orders up to the value of £20 can be sent by standard airmail (which is untracked). Tracked shipping is a more expensive option, so if you would like tracking for your order, please ensure you select that option.

All orders to the value of £20 or more must be sent by tracked shipping (the cost of which is dependent on the order weight and value) to ensure that your items are sent securely and fully insured. Thank you for understanding.

I only charge actual postage and packaging costs, and I will combine costs and offer discounts on multiple purchases. I will also send items by recorded or tracked shipping - if you require these services please state so in your order as they're not always included as standard.
