Q: Why don't we grade the sleeves on new vinyl? A: We are a store and have a rotating stock. Sometimes there is a minor bend or ding in transit from the distributor. Sometimes sleeves get minor shelf wear in the store. Sometimes the post office handling leads to minor dings. That's a fact of mailorder life, and we don't guarantee absolutely mint sleeves. Generally if the sleeve is noticeably damaged on something we'll note it, but you can expect a new and sealed item to look like a new and sealed item in any record store. Probably better than the sealed items in Urban Outfitters or FYE--people seem to chew those up--not something to worry about unless you're super highly detail oriented, in which case you should probably buy in person anyway.

We don't provide photos of any records, there's not enough time in the day, sorry.

SHIPPING POLICIES
We are legally obligated by Paypal to ship to the address listed on Paypal. If you write in a different address on discogs, we will still ship to the Paypal address. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure the Paypal shipping address is correct.

We ship media mail unless other arrangements are made. As a general rule, we charge actual shipping, plus 50 cents for the mailer. We're not looking to make money on shipping costs. Any order over $120 is eligible to be shipped out on our own dime. Our storefront is open Tuesdays-Saturdays at the following address: Endless Records, 111 West Main St., Bloomsburg, PA 17815. We don't do business on our closed days.

RETURN POLICY: I'm a human being, you're a human being, and I'll try my best to treat you like one. That being said, it's probably necessary to have a fallback returns policy, and here it is.

Endless Record has never and will never provide partial refunds. The only dispute resolution we will entertain is a return for a full refund.

All items are able to be returned for any reason, postmarked within 2 weeks of receipt of item. Non-defective (read: I changed my mind) returns will be refunded the initial sale price, but not the shipping charge, less a 4% restocking fee for unrecoverable paypal fees. Defective returns, and grading dispute returns in the US will be refunded the entire order cost of item plus initial shipping. Endless Records will not pay for return shipping on any returns.

All returned items must be in condition received. A new and sealed item that is opened is non-returnable. All new and sealed vinyl is listed under the matching barcode or best case item description, but we have no way of ing details about the interior contents (i.e. runout groove pressing info, label typefaces, included promo catalogs, and in some cases vinyl color), will not open the item to these details, and don't guarantee an exact match on unverifiable details. New vinyl that turns out to be defective when opened is generally the responsibility of the record label, not the record retailer, and Endless Records will help any customer in ing and getting help from a label. If it's a record returnable to one of our suppliers, we'll them, forward a shipping label to return the item to the distributor and then send you a refund once the return has been received and processed by the distributor. Sealed out of print records are sold "as-is," we have no recourse if there's anything wrong--you might get help from the manufacturer if you them.

A record broken during shipping is eligible for a return for a full refund.

Any return that falls outside of the scope of this policy is at the discretion of Endless Records
