The postal rate was revised, collated & updated in line with the Royal Mail price increases as of 7th April 2025
Sometimes an items description on Discogs ie: multimedia or box set instead of CD or DVD may cause an incorrect shipping fee due to the fact that we have to price the fee at the maximum rate to cover all dimensions & weights of all products that are classified as "multimedia" or "box set".
If this is the case then please place your order then request a revised invoice, so that I can change the shipping fee before you pay.
Our postal fees are in line with the Royal Mail's pricing, in addition there is a small charge to cover packing materials plus any other % rates we get charged.
The Discogs automated shipping calculator logistics are not completely in line with the Royal Mail's Postal Zones, so our fees may require the occasional +/- adjustment (especially with multimedia &/or Box sets products) which will mean reinvoicing you to correct the under charge, but if you are overcharged then a refund will be arranged.
The Royal Mail collect the post from us on Tuesday & Fridays before 2.30pm,
Items ordered & paid for before 6pm (UK time) of the day prior to collection are very likely to be included in being posted of that next day.
It is not possible to do special request post outs on any other days.
All CD's, DvD's, Cassettes, Mini-Discs regardless of visual quality are guaranteed to play perfectly.
Records are visually graded, play tested plus professionally cleaned when required.
All Records are guaranteed to give an audio performance expected for the condition you buy it in. So if any record that as of point of sale unfortunately got overlooked & slipped through our thorough checks & testing for clicks, jumps, warps or other defects effecting its playing quality, then you will get you money back in full.
Validity for a claim against quality of product is:
UK: 21 days from date of sale.
Overseas: 60 days from date of sale.
(warranty will be extended if there is proof of a postal delivery delay).
I will leave for you on Discogs after you confirm that you have received the goods.

If I am the lowest price with the best quality item available, then please do not expect me to reply to your offers of "will I sell it to you for 25% to 75% off that price".
