Get Back Records uses the very best vinyl-packaging system to ensure damage-free transit. A proprietary design for boxes ensures protection from even the most extreme handling. LP orders are boxed snugly in an inner container and then packed in an outer box with heavily reinforced protective corners. This creates an extremely rigid, sturdy double-box with extra protection.

All CDs are handled with the utmost care and boxed, never shipping in padded envelopes.

👍🏽 LISTED ITEMS and ORDER CONFIRMATION
Get Back Records strives to meet the exacting standards of the Discogs' community. Misattributions and honest mistakes can sometime occur when bulk-listing items against the often-detailed and various release datasets. We respect the knowledge and experience of buyers and work with them to ensure they receive the precise release they seek to acquire through our store. If you have questions or specific requirements, please be forthcoming with your messages and requests.

• PRIOR TO PROCESSING: Get Back Records will request that buyers confirm their order. This is done simply via a standard request with a link to a Google Drive folder containing our reference images of the listing. This is the buyer's opportunity to double-check their order and, if needs be, seek clarification. If the buyer is satisfied, please reply to the message expressing your satisfaction with the order. However, if there is an issue, then please use this opportunity to change your mind. A full refund will be happily processed and the order cancelled at the buyer's request.

• CONFIRMED ORDERS: By this stage, Get Back Records considers it has undertaken all reasonable measures in seeking confirmation to ensure the buyer is satisfied with the item's listing, that the transaction can progress and the order is a done deal. Buyers shall receive further communication that their order processing has commenced.

• RETURNS and REFUNDS: Get Back Records does its utmost to avoid any situation whereby a buyer is dissatisfied. Returning items is highly inconvenient for both buyer and seller: typically the returned item is no longer in its original condition and return-shipping and re-packaging costs are unwanted and additional expenses. Re-selling a returned item is not a financially viable option. Please see 'confirmed orders' above. However, if an unopened item's outer sleeve is damaged, the media is defective or an incorrect item was shipped, please email us within 14 calendar days of delivery to discuss options. In exceptional circumstances, either a new copy will be despatched at no cost to you or a full or partial refund offered. Changing your mind after delivery does not qualify for a refund.

Preparation and despatch for shipping occurs seven days a week. Buyer's shall be notified at the time of their order being despatched.
