Buyer pays all shipping costs.

ALL media will be sent USPS Media Mail. Tracking information will be sent to you with shipping confirmation soon after order is shipped.

Any special shipping requests, such as insurance or expedited service, etc., should be sent *before payment*.

12” Vinyl & CDs - $5 first 3
45s & Cassettes - $4 first 5
DVD/Blu-ray - $4 first 2
$.50 for each additional piece. Shipping for mixed media orders will be priced based on the order, or split upon request.

Double albums count as two on all orders.

All purchases paid with Paypal must have a confirmed Paypal shipping address, and will ship as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. I will notify you of any problems. Special requests should be sent with your initial order, and will gladly be honored if humanly possible.

NOTES ON GRADING:

All media is conservatively graded but because I am human, mistakes are sometime made. When this happens, I will make every attempt to rectify, with communication. See also REFUNDS (below)

Here is how I grade CDs-
M - brand new, unopened and never played
NM - like new, zero marks
VG+ - lightest of marks and wear, but some are evident
VG - light scuffs, or minimal deeper marks
G+ - more scuffs and marks, some deeper
G - even more marks

I do not include jewel case condition in my ‘sleeve condition’ assessment, but I will not send you any broken or cracked cases, these will be replaced. This grading is based on the condition of all the printed inserts (front & tray, booklets, etc) For vinyl, this grading is based on the condition of the printed cover and disc label as well as any aforementioned inserts. I will do my best to describe these situations on the sale page.

Vinyl is affected by marks differently than CDs- in my opinion as a buyer, either a CD works (plays and rips) or doesn’t, no matter the grade. You will not hear surface noise in a CD, but it will skip a track if it is degraded too much. Vinyl experiences more gradual levels of degradation with each grading level, and the differences in lower grades matter more.

Vinyl that is VG+ or higher should not have any background noise, with the VG level sporting a few more lighter marks than VG+ might, and some light surface noise here & there, but certainly listenable. You will hear background noise on G+ but no inherent skipping- skips made by damage as opposed to groove debris OR A FAULTY NEEDLE OR POORLY BALANCED TURNTABLE.

For CDs, I use the Exact Audio Copy app (EAC) as the great leveler of playing fields- discs that are marked VG or lower, and have been noted as being ‘EAC tested error free, plays and rips fine’ means this meticulous ripping and disc testing program has successfully tested or ripped the disc on my own PC. This should mean it will do the same for you the customer, unless you are using an out-dated player.

Also, I will no longer be issuing refunds on EAC tested CDs because they skip or don’t play in your player. If it works in my player, which I use to test, and doesn’t work on yours, that is on you....time to buy a new player.

Also, no refunds because your package is tracking in transit but taking too long.

Of course grading mistakes and disputes will happen, tho I do attempt to grade conservatively. Please know I will make every effort to satisfy disputes if articulated and not arbitrary*.
