WE SHIP TUES-SATURDAY to the address you have listed on the order. Saturday shipments are not picked up until Monday. Usually all orders are processed within 2-7 days, sometimes same day depending on how busy the shop is. We utilize a shipping service that automates shipping labels for us from your discogs order information.
If you do not have the correct address listed on your order before you finalize we are not responsible if your item gets sent to the wrong address.
So first before you finalize your order. We sometimes ship within 20 minutes if we are in the shop after you order so if you make a mistake call us ASAP at the shop during business hours otherwise we can't help you if its already been dropped off or picked up by post office.

We are a brick & mortar record store located in SALEM OHIO USA. Our store opened in 2021 however we have been buying selling and trading independently for over 20 years in Northeastern Ohio & Western Pennsylvania. We carry and specialize in all genres of music & our online discogs store is 1/10 of what we actually carry in our physical store.

Once any package leaves USA, if your country does not have proper tracking we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. You are assuming all risks. We properly ship all records outside of their sleeves and package between two pieces of cardboard. However, if mishandling occurs by postal facilities occurs or there is damage to packages again you are assuming all liability (ASK TO PAY FOR INSURANCE & SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE LATER). Just so you understand. ( I have seen first hand behind the scenes how packages can be handled by postal & package facilities, & honestly sometimes it's the luck of the draw if your package is on the bottom of a huge 7 x 7 foot wide postal bin with hundreds of packages that are stacked on top of it)

Please note the following about our discogs store:
WE ARE A REAL BRICK & MORTAR SHOP with customers who handle our items. Obviously everything is graded however we don't have control on how everyone handles these items. If there is something of note that has changed with the grading we will let you know through the order. But PLEASE do be aware that this does occasionally happen fromt time to time before you order.
RECORDS ARE GRADED VISUALLY & CONSERVATIVE. If this is not up to your standard, do not buy from us. If we see something questionable (IE: VG or G grading) we will play test it and if it has a tracking issue we will let you know (please understand we process hundreds of records a week & this is a one person operation)

DISCOGS GRADING:
MINT is SEALED ONLY. (WE DO NOT GRADE ANYTHING OPEN MINT)
NM grade does not mean MINT but has miniscule wear such as the lightest of handling/scuffing, mostly superficial paper scuffing from paper record sleeves(as stated by discogs which is always open to interpretation. However this is HOW OUR SHOP operates.
VG+ may have light noise or a pop here & there but there will be some surface wear that is noticeable, small surface scratches that cannot be felt with a fingernail. CD'S have light wear, booklets/inlays have minor creasing/tab indenting
VG will have considerable noise and surface wear. ANYTHING WITH WRITING OF ANY KIND IS a VG grade. CD's have noticeable wear, booklets/inlays have moderate handling tab indenting or creasing. Any inlays with noticeable waves from minor moisture exposure (for example such as from being in a car during winter with temperature fluctuations) would be graded as VG but will be notated in listing.
G+ is HEAVY WEAR BUT PLAYS VERY NOISEY, might overpower the music. CD Discs will never be sold as G+ grade
We barely ever list FAIR or POOR records as this is a waste of our time and yours. If you see a Fair grade for a booklet on a CD that means there is a water stain or heavy tearing to booklet/inlay.

CD's that have questionable wear are tested with a software called EXACT AUDIO COPY that measures tracking ability with lens flutter. However please note that tracking ALWAYS depends on your equipment and its age. A reminder that the lens in a CD player is a working piece of equipment that can fall in disrepair and tracking issues can occur in varying pieces of equipment. We will not refund you if CD's test back clean with this software.

CASSETTES: ALL CASSETTES ARE SOLD AS IS NO RETURNS. WE DO NOT PLAY TEST CASSETTES. All cassettes are visually inspected and listed at VG or better condition at default.(WE JUST ASSUME THERE WILL BE SOME NOISE OR DISTORTION) If pad is missing we list as a G+. AGAIN If you receive a cassette and the tape snaps we do not offer refunds, as the tape was intact when sold.

PAYMENT : We accept Paypal & money orders. All Orders must be paid for within 3 business days. After 4 days orders will be automatically cancelled by discogs platform and automatic negative will be left. PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH US IF YOU CANNOT PAY WITHIN THAT TIMEFRAME or if you need to cancel, we are very reasonable but not gullible either... this is our lively hood please respect that.

CANCELATIONS & RETURNS: We do not offer returns of any kind. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Occasionally things sell in the shop before we can ship. Sometimes the occasional discrepancy due to customer mishandling & damaging records/jackets, misfiling records, theft(it does happen and SUCKS), or just overall absurdity. If this is so, we will refund ASAP. We are a one man owned & operated record store so please be realistic and understanding sometimes idiots steal products from us or damage it in the store and don't tell us.
We also understand it sucks to buy something and have your order cancelled but we will do the best to provide you the best shopping experience possible and handle/package everything with care. We lose money on these returns due to discogs "partner" fees so we try to be on top of our inventory the best we can.
We ship all CD's in cardboard to prevent damage. But we also can't help if the post office mishandles something.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE:
In the rare instance a used item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know. We are happy to help and work it out.
We are not responsible for Brand New items with manufacture defects that are SEALED. We recommend you asking us to open and inspect if you plan on opening a record. We also recommend opening new vinyl and shipping outside of jacket, to prevent any possible splitting during transit. If an item is brand new and has an issue we recommend ing the label directly.
If you are very particular about what you are buying then PM us first. We will gladly provide you more info. Pictures, description, etc. But lets be realistic here.. impatient demands will just lead to a canceled order. We require a 98% buyer rating to do business with discogs s. This saves us the headache of dealing with non paying buyers and the small section of neurotic customers on discogs.
Any disagreements with grading, the return shipping costs are on you. I've been buying and selling well before discogs even existed. If you are a very particular collector I suggest you stop buying online and visit a record shop where you can be the judge.
