When I am grading 'sleeve' on a CD it means inlay and NOT jewel case! You can't avoid those sometimes breaking when shipped or opened. Because of their fragile nature and terrible design I don't accept any claims for 'discounts' or returns based on the condition of jewel cases. If there has been a problem let me know and I'll ship some clean spare ones with your next order so you can keep your collection in top condition.
Presume that if an insert/obi/poster/thing isn't mentionedor graded then it isn't included. Most of my items are 2nd hand and I wouldn't have a clue if it's supposed to come with a lyric insert or not.
ALL PARCELS ARE SENT BY TRACKED MAIL. I'm not responsible for postal costs, the postal service, double VAT scamming, customs nonsense or anything that happens in the post. Just to repeat that last point - I will deal with any problems that arise fairly and quickly but I am not liable for things missing or damaged in the post or delayed by thieving customs agencies.
Remind me if I haven't returned . It's always appreciated.
I'm happy to give discounts - especially on large orders - but please use the Discogs 'make an offer' button or talk to me so I can re-price. If won't discount things after ordering/checkout.
Paypal's latest fun thing to do is that it now retains the fees it has taken when money is refunded. This means I lose money when I refund - which is OK when it's my fault but when it's not I will be refunding items MINUS the fees, Discogs fees on the remaining amount and a large part of any sales tax (which also don't get refunded to me). The conditions where this will happen includes but is not limited to:
- If you pay for an order and then ask for it to be cancelled
- Merged orders where you haven't waited for me to re-invoice for the combined postage
- Returns for items where you haven't read the condition or condition notes
- If items are returned to us because of non-collection or incorrect addressing (in this case, postage is also retained and only the item will be refunded)
