Returns not accepted. In case (we want first photos of problem item and this must be happen 2 days after receive the item) you are not satisfied from condition of your order, I will return your money after i receive the item back.
The item should be returned as package and in the same condition as it was sended.(we have photos of items we send so don’t send fakes pictures!! in this case we report to discogs the buyer)
Refund is only for the item exactly and not for the shipping charges.
No refund for lost or damaged package by the post office.
In case of lost or broken items, you have to pay attention when you receive it from the postman and you have to check about its condition and request some money back from the post office.
If the parcel is not received by the customer and is returned back, the money will not be refunded, and shipping costs will have to be refunded in order to ship again.
Orders are shipped with 2-3 days from the buyer’s payment.
Standard jewel cases are not graded as they are replaceable.
