GRADING:
items graded M are still sealed, NM means very close to brand new but may show some light wear. VG+ means there's going to be some scratches, but nothing that will affect play. VG shows more obvious wear and I reserve G+ for things that are badly damaged but otherwise still playable (I will never knowingly sell something that skips unless noted in the description)

OFFERS:
don't be afraid to shoot me an offer - i will usually reach out via message if i want to make a counter, so keep an eye out for that please! I'll try to respond in a timely manner to messages if you have any questions about an item, same goes with requests for pictures

if you’re interested in multiple items, the easiest way to work something out is to reach out via message first. discogs only lets the buyer make one offer per item, but I can still lower the price on my end if I need to. PLEASE NOTE: it does not display my shipping costs when you make an offer, so please take this and any taxes into consideration when making an offer

PAYMENT:
it is preferable that you make payment the same time as creating an order, but in most cases I don’t mind waiting as long as there is some communication from the buyer - but generally I will re-invoice every two days and cancel orders on the 5th day if I still haven’t heard anything. in some cases, when the item is relatively expensive or sought-after, it will be cancelled and re-listed in 3 days if the buyer does not reach out. once again, I do not mind holding items or being patient on my end within reason as long as we can come to an understanding first

CANCELING:
there is a non-refundable PayPal fee on my end. if you request to cancel an order after the payment is sent, this fee will be subtracted directly from your refund

SHIPPING:
I ship packages out Monday - Thursday via USPS Media Mail with tracking, and I will generally be able to get it sent the next day if you place your order and pay within that window. if your order is over $200, I will usually send USPS Priority Mail at no additional cost to the buyer, and will certainly do so for any order if you agree to pay the difference in shipping cost. if you are outside the US, the package will be shipped via USPS First Class International with tracking

every item is packed with care, lots of tape and bubble wrap, and all LPs come in protective plastic sleeves. the record itself will be shipped outside the sleeve to prevent seam splits (unless sealed)

ATTN INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: as of May 2023 I have suspended all International orders. it has become entirely too much trouble to deal with since many countries have made a practice out of taking advantage of their citizens by charging high rates to pick items up, or in some cases making buyers pay the VAT a second time. trust that i do not see this is fair whatsoever, but often times expectations fall on the seller to bend the rules in some way and i’m tired of the endless pressure to do so.
