For new LPs (or still factory sealed), shipped with new outer poly bag and anti-static inner sleeve. Used records will be cleaned with a Pro-Ject VCS cleaning machine and placed in this new anti-static inner sleeve prior to shipping. Please note that DJ/12"/45rpm records will not get a new anti-static inner sleeve - but will be still machine cleaned.

**IMPORTANT - Messages (on Discogs) requesting different shipping addresses will be ignored.
CDs/CASSETTES/8-TRACKS:
Domestic: $5.00 for first cd/tape, $1.00 each additional via USPS first class or media with shipping.
Canada: $10.50 for 1st cd/tape. $2 more for each additional cd/cassette tape shipped in the same package.
Customer Cancellation Requests:
**Once a payment is "received" we can no longer cancel or refund an order, once the shipment process begins we are unable to stop it, returns will still be accepted.**

**Returns: Please before doing so, for a full refund ONLY, we cannot do replacements. Buyer must request that they wish to return within 7 days after tracked receipt of the package. Must receive any returned item within 21 days of original receipt or a 25% restocking fee may apply. Buyer pays return shipping and agrees that this policy supersedes any third-party provider's and agrees to conduct any disputes solely on the Discogs platform (where the transaction originated).

I'm not an expert but I call them as I see them and can not guarantee that my grading is correct. The Grading of my Records (items) is my opinion and obviously may be different than others so this is for reference use only. Many of my VG+ records listed have been conservatively graded (especially if from my personal collection). DO NOT BUY IF YOUR OPINION HAS TO BE ALWAYS RIGHT.
** No guarantees on any items graded VG or lower. No returns on anything graded lower than VG.
** The only time I will grade anything "MINT" is when it's SEALED!
Note: On factory sealed media, I make my best efforts to classify the proper catalog number based on exterior identification only. I do not grade CD jewel cases.
