All orders are sent with Fragile stickers, strong cardboard + stiffer

Bank Transfer
No fees added if the payment is sent via Bank Transfer (transfers are free from all UK Banks).
International banks make sure that any charges for transfers are paid at your bank if any. Payments with charges deducted will be sent back

If your parcel is delayed
CHECK with your local delivery office, almost all delivery delays/problems are due to “while you were out” card not being left, or something similar.

Please Note:

Lost or Damaged parcels...A full refund will be given to all Recorded and Tracked parcels that are lost or damaged after a Royal Mail claim form has been submitted.
This will usually take up to a month. Returns full refund will be given upon arrival.
We are not responsible for lost parcels if they ware sent as standard post..

Cancellations "Per Buyer Request" after payment received, unfortunately new Paypal policy will hold the fees when we refund the buyers in full, so we can not refund PayPal fees.

All orders must be paid for within 7 days. Otherwise order will be canceled as a "non-paying buyer" and Discogs automatically leaves generated bad on my behalf.

Returns
We only accept returns if item was wrong listed and did not match the condition
