+-USEFUL INFORMATION-+
1) Every vinyl comes with a sticker on the sleeve, with infos of: 1) Year; 2) Genre (according to Discogs); 3) Price.
2) The the valuation of used vinyl is based on a mix between visual grading and partial listening.
Listening is always done after cleaning the vinyl (disc cleaning is provided FREE of charge for all records on sale).
3) All records come with an inner sleeve, even those that are originally sold without.
4) We usually insert detailed descriptions on each vinyl for sale: please read carefully before placing the disc in your shopping cart!!!
5) Dont request audio / photos on vinyl with less than 20€ value.
6) Records and covers classified as "Still Sealed" are NOT subject to any type of refund.

1) We ship to Italy, Europe, UK & Ireland and Rest of the World.

2) Per gli acquirenti italiani: cerchiamo di elaborare l'ordine in 1-3 giorni lavorativi. Le nostre spedizioni utilizzano esclusivamente il servizio di corriere espresso GLS.

3) For European buyers: we ship ONLY once a week every WEDNESDAY -OR- THURSDAY (only orders paid by TUESDAY will be shipped on the same week).
3.1) We have 2 different shipping ways for European s (UK and Ireland excluded), all done by Poste Italiane service:
- Shipping via Standard - Priority-NOTRACKING-NOREFUND (The delivery time is ++++ from 7 to 25 business days ++++ Without Tracking Code)
- Shipping via Express - Raccomandata-TRACKING-REFUND (The delivery time is ++++ from 7 to 15 business days ++++ With Tracking Code)
3.2) We have 2 different shipping ways for UK and Ireland s, all done by Poste Italiane service:
- Shipping via Standard - Priority-NOTRACKING-NOREFUND (The delivery time is ++++ from 7 to 25 business days ++++ Without Tracking Code)
- Shipping via Express - Raccomandata-TRACKING-REFUND (The delivery time is ++++ from 7 to 15 business days ++++ With Tracking Code)
3.3) Packages shipped with "Standard - Priority" service (without tracking code) will be -NOT- REFUND in case of parcel loss and/or damaged vinyl by wrong handling.
To stay safe, please select "Express - Raccomandata" service.
3.4) As it is impossible to quantify the time for customs clearance, please be patient if the delivery time will be later than the estimated days.

4) For Asia, Africa and America buyers: we ship ONLY once a week every WEDNESDAY -OR- THURSDAY (only orders paid by TUESDAY will be shipped on the same week).
4.1) We have 2 different shipping ways for the Asia, Africa and America, all done by Poste Italiane service:
- Shipping via Standard - Priority-NOTRACKING-NOREFUND (The delivery time is ++++ from 15 to 40 business days ++++ Without Tracking Code)
- Shipping via Express - Raccomandata-TRACKING-REFUND (The delivery time is ++++ from 15 to 35 business days ++++ With Tracking Code)
4.2) Packages shipped with "Standard - Priority" service (without tracking code) will be -NOT- REFUND in case of parcel loss and/or damaged vinyl by wrong handling.
To stay safe, please select "Express - Raccomandata" service.

5) As it is impossible to quantify the time for customs clearance/postal sorting center, please be patient if the delivery time will be later than the estimated days.
6) The automatic configurator for shipping costs is set to work perfectly up to the purchase of 9 vinyls (we remind you that double discs are counted as 2 vinyls).
For purchases over 9 vinyls, ask for the exact cost in private before placing the order: the service used for orders over 9 vinyls is called Poste Delivery International Standard and has a tracking code and refund in case of package damage.
7) Placing orders during the summer involves taking the risk of the sun ruining your records. Zedslair is in no way responsible for packages arriving at their destination with heat-deformed discs.

+-PAYMENT INFO-+
1) For payment of orders on Zedslair the only payment accepted is via Paypal.
2) You have 4 days to make the payment, after which you will automatically be assigned negative for "non-paying buyer".
