PACKAGING
I use the standard mailing boxes from protected.de which are generally used by the majority of the sellers on Discogs for mailing vinyl records out of . Post-fair, stable design. In addition I do always consider using special conditions on packaging, if these special conditions are requested by the buyer prior to mailing the ordered article. If you do like special conditions on packaging, please advise how you'd like your article to be packed up, requesting the special type of box and I will certainly do pack it up as you requested. Additional costs for special conditions on packing will be paid by the buyer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
- If an item that you received was listed incorrectly on the wrong release page, return the item using a ed postal service and I will refund "ALL" of your costs and expenses including "ALL" of the postage fees including the return postage costs. To receive a full 100% REFUND it is „required“ that you do return the item to me.
- In case you receive an item that was damaged while being in transit (HEAT damaged item, BROKEN item, etc.) you can get reimbursed or refunded if you did select the shipping option ED & INSURED. When you receive a damaged item, „YOU“ must report the damage to the shipping service that delivered the item to you immediately in order to start the postal service reimbursement process. Do NOT return the item before you reported and filed the damage to the postal service that delivered the package in your country to your door. If you did NOT select the shipping option „ED & INSURED“ you will NOT be able to get a refund if the ordered item was damaged in transit (shipping).
- I do grade using the Grading Guide provided by Discogs. In addition, I do double check if I did grade all ordered items correctly before I send out the order. Most likely a claim that an article received does not match my grading and/or the condition comments will not be true. Please be aware that I'm a private seller offering "used" articles. NM/M- items are used, too! They will most likely have superficial visible wear simply by moving the vinyl out of the inner sleeve (without even playing the vinyl for the first time). Anyhow, I'm a reasonable person, you may get in with me on the order page if you disagree with my grading. Do NOT send back any article without receiving my OK prior to returning it.
- I DO NOT GIVE „PARTIAL“ REFUNDS!
- Dish-Warp: The acceptable tolerance is ± 2mm. No returns accepted if the vinyl wave (dish-warp) is less than ≤ 2mm.
