Reasons to buy from me

- Well packaged - strong cardboard stiffeners always used with cardboard mailers and 3 or more items always sent in cruciform mailers so record covers don't get squashed.
- Reasonable and customer focused - I don't argue or become unresponsive if a customer claims their item is misgraded. I accept that my grades will not always be accurate, but its how you deal with problems that shows customer service and I never want a customer to feel cheated from a transaction with me.
- Reasonable shipping costs - I try and ensure that i cover my costs (including fees) when calculating shipping but never overprice. If I find shipping has been calculated at checkout too high, then i will refund the extra via Paypal. Lower priced 7" shipping and up to 8 12" records for a single price.

I try and grade all items accurately and where I am unsure always try and under-grade. However, different grading standards can be applied and mistakes can be made, so if you feel I have mis-graded an item or something else is not right then please me and I am sure we can resolve the issue amicably.
