Domestic packing and shipping £3.65 for 1st disc, £1.65 thereafter(. Europe* £10.90- 11.90(12/13.90** to some territories for 1st disc, £1.70 thereafter.
*All regions will require International Signed for/Tracked **-Will only send Tracked
Signed for-£3 extra, special delivery £7 per package.
USA/Rest of the World £15.90 for 1st disc, £2 2nd disc, £1.70 per disc thereafter.
International signed for add £2 per disc. Overseas please note, Int'l signed for will be requested for orders over 10 discs adding £6 to your overall total. Note...some territories will require int'l signed for. All overseas packages are tracked.
If you have recently ed Discogs and are yet to have a rating, your first order will have to be sent recorded delivery, until we can see you have reached our minimum 70% requirement.
We will edit your invoice to reflect the signed for postage charge.
If you are returning goods as agreed with us, you must agree the postage with us in advance(generally we request returns by 2nd class). Shipping by expensive signed for couriers such as ROYAL MAIL Signed for or similar is not acceptable, unless pre-arranged. WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU IF RETURNING GOODS BY RECORDED OR SPECIAL DELIVERY UNLESS PRE-ARRANGED.
UK addresses that are unauthordox ie Barge, Assisted living etc must be sent Recorded Delivery.
Once you have agreed to purchase the postal and handling charges are as above.
If we do have to refund you due to an out of stock, please accept our apologies. On occasion a title may be sold on other selling platforms such as Music Stack around same time as your order. Generally though we fulfil orders.
Please understand gradings. We sell a lot of VG items which can be interpreted many different ways. Manage your expectations on VG and less.
We sell legitimate goods only as defined by Discogs data. If you are unsure, feel free to ask. Our half century experience will be thorough in answering.
We do not use the Goldmine or Record Collector grading systems. We do not play grade only visual. The average grading of our records is VG, some minor issues but will play through Please be assured though you can return for full refund.
Any returns must be made promptly and agreed with us. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS after more than 14 days upon arrival. Please take this seriously and return goods following our guidance. If you are returning items to us you will be asked to send UK 2nd class to our address. If you choose to send via other methods such as ‘signed for’ this will be at your cost.
