No Refunds on CD purchase (as CD's are easily ripped)...I cannot accept returns on CD's...all CD's are checked for errors before they are shipped...to make sure they play properly)...If error is made by me (sending incorrect item)...I will gladly issue credit or refund (less shipping expenses) upon receipt of items)...this also applies to vinyl purchases.

We do not charge Pay Pal fees or hidden fees...shipping fees vary from country to country so ask for shipping fees and options before you place order.

All Orders Shipped within 24 to 48 hrs. of cleared Payment (Monday thru Friday).
Our shipping days are normally Monday and Wednesday...once in a while I do ship out every day of the week Monday thru Friday.

Payment Types Accepted: PayPal, U.S. Money Orders and U.S. Bank Cashier's Checks.
U.S.A. buyers paying with Money Orders or Cashiers checks will have to wait for payment to clear before I can ship vinyl.

We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail (during transport)...nor will we refund for any loss due to items lost or damaged during transport if sent via regular post without "ed Mail" or "Insurance"....We do package all vinyl properly to endure the transport.

Once an item has shipped, full ownership is then transferred to the BUYER, as we are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items once they have left my possession(does not matter what shipping method was used).
