• Orders are typically shipped twice a week, usually on Tuesdays and Fridays (but depending on order timing/volume).
• If you have any question or concerns about your order, please me prior to ship date.
• You have thirty days from ship date to me about any problems with your orders. No returns or refunds after the 30 day mark.
• If you are unsatisfied with the condition of your record(s) please me before you leave negative . There is probably a good chance we can work something out without you having to leave that will negatively impact my business. Thank You.
• If your order contains multiple formats (LPs, 12"s, 7"s, CDs, etc.) and I cannot guarantee the safety of your items being shipped in one box, I will have to charge you for two shipments. If this will be required, I will notify you before your invoice is sent.
**(As applicable) SEALED RECORD POLICY:
It is assumed that a sealed record is in perfect "like new" condition; however, sealed records occasionally have pressing defects or damage incurred from storage. At the buyer's request, I will carefully open and inspect a sealed record before sending, however I DO NOT accept returns on records that were shipped sealed and opened by the buyer.

The USPS has made a substantial change to Media and First Class Package rates. Charges for 1st Class will vary according to your location (identical to Priority). Tracking provided for all USPS shipments (No charge).
