1.1. Envío: gem-records se excluye de toda responsabilidad en envíos ordinarios (consulta condiciones antes de realizar el pedido). El envío certificado dispone de nº seguimiento + *seguro estándar. Si tu envío es devuelto, independientemente de cuál sea el motivo, debarás contratar un nuevo servicio para volver a recibirlo. En caso contrario te reembolsaremos el importe total excluyendo los gastos de envío y retorno. *Indemnización mínima por deterioro o pérdida: 1/3 del IPREM/día por kg siniestrado según la Ley de Ordenación de los Transportes Terrestres 15/2009 (LOTT). Se aconseja contratar un seguro adicional si el valor del pedido es superior. Importante comunicar el deterioro en el momento de su recepción para que la reclamación pueda ser itida.
1.2. Pago: se realizará durante los 7 días posteriores a recibir la factura. Todos los pedidos serán cancelados de forma automática después de la fecha.
1.3. Entrega: de acuerdo con las Políticas de protección, utilizaremos la dirección de entrega indicada en PayPal al recibir el pago. Para utilizar otra diferente debes actualizar la dirección en PayPal antes de realizar el pago o efectuar una transferencia bancaria.
1.4. Devolución: dispones de 30 días para devolver un pedido siempre que no hayas adquirido el artículo por equivocación. Artículo nuevo (m, nm-): solo aceptamos devoluciones de artículos defectuosos (sin usar y en su embalaje original). Artículo seminuevo (vg+): se explicará y demostrará el caso con imagen(es) y/o audio(s). Artículo usado (vg o inferior): no aceptamos devoluciones de artículos usados.

1.1. Shipping: gem-records does not take responsible for any problems in Standard shipping (ask for before buying). Certified has tracking + *limited insurance. If a package is returned, regardless of the reason, the shipping cost must be paid anew to re-send. If not, a total amount refund excluding the shipping cost will be made.
