LPs: Buyer pays $8 shipping for first two single items. After that I charge $5 per single item. I use professional shipping boxes (see comments in my reviews...'bulletproof'). I also include a MoFi inner sleeve and a 5 ml outer sleeve. Albums are promptly shipped (see reviews) by USPS media mail.
CDs: $5 per disc. NOTE: My current settings will charge you $8 for shipping on a CD. I will refund you the amount that you are overcharged.
I will issue a partial refund if shipping calculation is out of line with my actual costs.

I play-grade each album in the following way: I use a Dynaco PAS3 preamp with a Hafler XL280 amp driving a pair of Stax headphones. The table has an Ortofon bronze cart. I visually assess each album and play the first minute or two of each side.
My experience over 50 years with albums is that ultrasonic cleaning and vacuuming works the best at removing surface chatter. If an album looks M but doesn't play M after US cleaning, I then enzymatically clean it. If an album has been US and EZ cleaned and still has noise I do not sell it (unless it is super rare and has 'great presence').
A note about cartridge 'dancing': some LPs sound great but have what I call a 'very slight warp' (less than 2mm of up to down movement); also, some LPs sound great but have 'left to right' movement. My listings indicate any noticeable cart movement.
I use quality shipping boxes (no flimsy shipping wrappers).
