Most of the time i can ship on the same day (or day after) that payment is made. I have a young family, so sometimes it might take a couple of days. I'll do my best to get items in the post box as quickly as possible!!

Within Australia -
Generally;

1 or 2 CD standard jewel case will be sent as a letter (no tracking). There is an option for tracking if you desire.

I have set up some shipping policies which are generally correct as guided by Australia Post plus a bit extra to cover the Discogs new fees. If you are purchasing multiple items, please me so we can work out the cheapest way to ship them to you!

Overseas -

I never grade Jewel Case. This is because they are so easy to replace. Disc & Sleeve is what is important and i do my best to describe their condition to the best of my ability so you know what you are getting. I can provide photos of any item if you would like it.
In the end i would like buyer and seller to be happy and a fair transaction to be completed :)))
