If you choose post.at without track and trace (what is only possible within the EU) - there is no insurance for you. You will take the risk. If parcel is lost or damaged, you'll get no money back and you cannot give me medium or negative . Although I will keep the bill from post office, that I can send you a photo of. I have sent some packages with this option and they've always arrived safely. Still you must agree to the above, in case of loss or damage.
