You can pay by bank transfer via the option "Sofort" at Discogs check-out. This works not with the app. Cash payments are not possible, since seller cannot change status to "paid", only Discogs can change status.

Transportprices explication :
Since 23/05/2023 Discogs charges 9 % on transportcost, paypal charges 8 %, and as prof seller i'm required to count 21% VAT on transport

Belgian transport company charges 1 euro extra during hollidayperiod

if i set my price to 10.90 euro

Discogs - 10% = 1.09
Paypal - 8 % = -0.872
BTW - 21% = -1.744

In stead of 10.9 euro only 10.9-1.09-0.872-1.744 = 7.194 euro comes to my // 3 blue stamps ( europe ) cost 7.59 euro, so transport isn't given me any margin ! and please don't ask for a reduction of transport costs...
