UK Postal charges have risen again as of 1st April, but I haven't put my prices up...

I usually despatch within 2-3 working days, by 2nd class Royal Mail. All postage is charged on the order. I'm always happy to send without Jewel cases if requested and will refund any postage difference this makes.

Royal Mail treat all packages as a challenge. Please regard Jewel cases as expendable and there to protect their contents from having things dropped on them as far as possible. They are not part of Discogs’ grading system. Please also consider breaking big orders down into smaller ones. Postage rarely costs much more, and they are more likely to survive.

UK deliveries
- All parcels will now go by Royal Mail Tracked 48 because of the better insurance (£150) and security. Large letters (up to 4 CDs in Jewel cases) will still go via 2nd class post and will be untracked unless you ask for it.
-For express deliveries large letters have a 1st class option, and small parcels will go
via Tracked 24
- Royal Mail won't consider claims for lost goods until 10 days after the expected delivery day so
28 days from posting for 2nd class.
-As everything is tracked now please include a mobile number wherever possible.

International deliveries
- I offer standard postage for large letters (up to 4 discs in jewel cases) and economy for parcels outside Europe. Within Europe parcels are still standard delivery These are NOT tracked services. If you would like a tracked service, please ask for the cost.
- With the new price rises standard parcels (5+ CDs) have gone up to the point of stupid, so all parcels are now sent economy. This does mean that average delivery is 42 days. It cam take longer. If you want it quicker let me know and I’ll work out a price for you.
- I can offer international tracked services but expect a bill over £100 for about 10 CDs, please let me know if you would like a quote for this.
-Big deliveries (18+ CDS are a nightmare to send overseas and will get held up by customs sometimes for weeks. Please consider not ordering more than will fit in a 2KG parcel if you are outside the UK.

I don't make the tax rules and every package goes out with the invoice enclosed and post is booked electronically to ensure that the customs at port of entry have all the details they need and a barcode to access them from. This is how the EU want it done.

many problems.

-If I send a CD wrongly, I'll pay the return postage. If you simply change your mind you pay to
return it, and refund will be done when it arrives back in the condition it left here in.
