I only sell 7" records on this site. I use visual grading under a 100 Watt bulb. I rarely sell records in less than VG condition. I play the records with questionable marks. I note label problems like writing, stains, drill holes, ring wear, and tears in my listings. Singles that come in picture sleeves are always stored separately, with the record in a plain white sleeve. I never grade company sleeves. But, I work hard to include the correct company sleeve when there is one.
I answer all questions about the records I am selling. And I will send you pictures, if you send me your email address.
The buyer has to pay for the shipping. I ship from the state of Oregon in the USA. I ship by 'Quantity' and have Discogs Shipping Policy's set up. US orders will be sent by First Class ( now called Ground Advantage), Priority Mail, or Media Mail. Please do not order more than 50 singles at a time. On US orders more than $100.00, I will pay for 'signature security'. International orders are sent by First Class International. Please do not order more than 28 singles at a time. International orders can not be sent 'ed'. I print the postage through Paypal's ShipStation service.
I will change the status to "In Progress", when you have paid. Then I change the status to "Mark As Shipped" and send you the tracking number after the package is mailed. I only accept Paypal.
I know how to package singles so that they will arrive safely !!!! I do every package personally. I use hand cut composite cardboard and thick clear packaging tape. My package will have 3 layers of cardboard on each side of the record. When it arrives, carefully cut open the top edge and the left and right edges and then fold the top down. Then you will see that the record, which is inside the plastic sleeve and taped in place. There will be two tabs on the tape, so you can easily remove the record. I always use an inner plastic sleeve. "Fragile Record" is printed in red on both sides of the package. I will mail your records as soon as you have paid : same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM, Monday through Saturday. My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.
